Does Joya Grid sell products?

No. Joya Grid is an independent inspiration and discovery site. Orders, payments, shipping, and customer service happen elsewhere.

Why do links open Maison Looks search pages?

Search pages are more reliable than guessed category URLs. They also let you compare several possible items instead of landing on one unavailable page.

Are items always available?

No. Availability can change. A find should be treated as a starting point, not a guarantee that the same item, color, or size is currently available.

How should I use QC photos?

Use QC photos to confirm shape, measurements, color, stitching, material, and obvious defects before final shipment.

What if search results are too broad?

Add one detail at a time: color, material, fit, season, or silhouette. For example, change hoodie to washed hoodie, cropped hoodie, or heavyweight hoodie.

How do I know whether a saved find is still current?

Treat the saved row as a starting record. Reopen the destination and confirm the seller, product photos, variant, size chart, price, and availability. Check the page again before payment because a link can remain active while its contents change. Dated editorial notes show what JoyaGrid reviewed, but they do not guarantee that every external listing stayed unchanged afterward.

What should I save when comparing options?

Keep a compact record for each serious candidate: the URL, date checked, selected color and size, key garment or insole measurements, item price, estimated shipping, available QC evidence, and one sentence explaining why you want it. This turns a pile of tabs into a decision you can revisit. It also makes price or listing changes visible instead of relying on memory.

When should I stop and remove an item?

Stop when essential measurements are unavailable, photos do not show the details that matter, the listing no longer matches the saved item, or the high end of the cost estimate exceeds your budget. Also remove items that duplicate something you own or only make sense after buying several other pieces. Missing evidence is not proof of a problem, but it is a valid reason not to proceed.

Does a QC photo guarantee quality?

No. A photo can document visible shape, color, construction, measurements, and obvious damage at one moment. It cannot prove comfort, long-term durability, material composition, delivery outcome, or seller support. Use QC images to narrow uncertainty and request another angle when needed, then make the final decision within your own budget and risk tolerance.
